From Germany through Austria and the USA to Australia and Hong Kong and back to Spain, Alexander Tieck really has global culinary experience. He is most proud of his time at Eleven Madison Park in New York, as well as his time as Chef at G7 Fine dining Italian restaurant in Hong Kong. He draws his inspiration for new flavors and techniques from his chef friends all over the world and most importantly by being a happy eater. In 2013, he and his wife opened a fine dining restaurant in Mallorca, Spain before eventually moving back to Germany where he joined the Custom Culinary® adventure.
