Preparation
1. Boil the whole grain rice until fully cooked.
2. Cut the vegetables in long thin pieces when needed or whole (spinach leaves and small mushrooms).
3. Cook the chicken inner fillets in a pan adding at the end of the cooking process a little bit of
Custom Culinary® Master's Touch® Gochujang Sauce
to boost the taste.
4. Place in a bowl the rice, the wok vegetables on top and the chicken. Top with the egg yolk.
