Preparation
1. Prepare the Custom Culinary® Chef´s Own™ Premium Plant Mix, adding the water and oil, mixing all ingredients until a smooth consistency.
2. Refrigerate the mix for 20 mins.
3. Form a disc in your hand with the paste, place 1 basil leaf and 1 bozzarela ball in the middle & close carefully all sides. Refrigerate the balls while preparing the batter.
4. Dissolve the Custom Culinary® Chef's Own™ Tempura Batter in cold water. Allow batter to rest for 10 minutes.
5. Coat the balls following the 3 step process. First, dust the "ball" with Chef's Own™ Pre-Dust. (Step 1).Then dip the balls in the prepared batter, allowing excee batter to drip off (Step 2). And finally, coat the ball with Custom Culinary® Chef's Own™ Fine Panko Breadcrumbs (Step 3). Deep fry the balls at 180° for 3 min, finish them in the oven for 5 min at 160°.
