Sweet & Smokey Chicken & Corn

The Custom Culinary® Master's Touch® Sweet & Smokey BBQ sauce used as a marinade for Chicken will add a nice & subtle smokey flavour to the chicken.

100 g Custom Culinary® Master's Touch® Sweet & Smokey BBQ sauce
4 Chicken legs
4 Sweet corn
1 lemon
1 Rosemary bunch
50 g Rocket Salad
2 Radishes
30 g Flour
100 g Oil

Preparation

 
Step 1 - Cut off legs
1. Clean the chicken legs and cut them in half.
Preparation Step 2 – Tie the chicken
2. Marinate the chicken pieces with the Custom Culinary® Master's Touch® Sweet & Smokey in vacuum for at least 12 hrs.
Preparation Step 3– Marinate the chicken
3. Place them on a low heat grill (skin side up), grill them for 10 min while checking in between. Then add the corn into the grill. Build a brush from a bunch of rosemary & brush olive oil over the drums & corn.
Preparation Step 4 – Bake the chicken
4. Squezze fesh Lemon Juice over the chicken before taking off the grill. Serve with Rocket salad & pickled raddishes.
