Preparation
1. Clean the chicken legs and cut them in half.
2. Marinate the chicken pieces with the Custom Culinary® Master's Touch® Sweet & Smokey in vacuum for at least 12 hrs.
3. Place them on a low heat grill (skin side up), grill them for 10 min while checking in between. Then add the corn into the grill. Build a brush from a bunch of rosemary & brush olive oil over the drums & corn.
4. Squezze fesh Lemon Juice over the chicken before taking off the grill. Serve with Rocket salad & pickled raddishes.
