Dusted Scampi

Fried scampi is a great appetizer or addition to a meal. Featuring Chefs Own Pre-Dust. This recipe is greatly seasoned with rosemary and lemon thyme to make each bite an experience. 

What You'll Need

30 (pieces) Scampi, fresh
10 g Salt
4 g White Pepper
5 g Rosemary
5 g Lemon Thyme
100 g Chef's Own™ Pre-Dust



Preparation Step 1– Dusted Scampi
1. Clean & peel the scampi. Season the scampi with sea salt & white pepper. Finely chop the rosemary & lemon thyme & mix into the Chef's Own™ Pre-Dust.

2. Dust the scampi with the seasoned Chef's Own™ Pre-Dust (Step 1)
Preparation Step 3– Dusted Scampi
3. Deep fry by 160°C the scampi for 2 minutes.
