From law school to culinary chef is the path Eugeni Pons chose. He started his career, as a chef in the Basque country where he became part of the Kursaal Gastronomic Restaurant (Michelin Star). Following his return to his roots close to the Mediterranean Sea, he worked in big events catering and fine dining restaurants. His proudest moment in his culinary career was when he was responsible for a small restaurant where he redefined the menu and became the reference in the region for the best tapas. Influenced by the North Sea, natural elements such as fire and the quality of the product Eugeni brings an authentic flair to his dishes.
