This Peking chicken is super easy to make and just requires a bit of extra time for it to be marinated. Crispy Coral Cannelloni

Cannelloni are an Italian pasta variant traditionally filled with ricotta, spinach and minced meat and baked with tomato sauce or béchamel sauce. We made this slightly lighter & more creative version by making the cannelloni with our Custom Culinary® Gold Label Roast Chicken Fond, flour and oil. The filling consists of sautéed vegetables.
