Born and raised in Malaysia, Wan Tse Loh graduated from Kendall College in Chicago, Illinois. She has over 12 years of global culinary experience working in the US, Malaysia and Thailand, and possess exposure to many different cuisines as well as R&D experience in the protein processor sector.
