Beef Kebab Burger

A succulent beef burger well-seasoned with Custom Culinary® Chef’s Own Shawarma Flavor Marinade and built with a cooling mint sauce made with Custom Culinary® Master's Touch® Real Mayonnaise.

50 g White onions, finely chopped
15 g Garlic, finely chopped
5 g Green parsley, finely chopped
25 g Custom Culinary® Chef’s OwnTM Shawarma Flavor Marinade
450 g Beef mince (30% Fat)
  Ingredients for Salad
100 g White onions, thinly slices 
75 g Tomatoes. deseeded, julienned
5 ml Lemon juice
  Salt & pepper to taste
150 g Custom Culinary® Master's Touch® Real Mayonnaise
15 g Mint leaves, chopped 
15 g Custom Culinary® Chef’s OwnTM Shawarma Flavor Marinade
  Ingredients for Burger
8 pcs Thin pita breads
100 g Lettuce

Preparation

For the Pattie:
  1. Mix all the ingredients to a uniform mix and shape it to patties, each patty weighing 150g.
  2. Grill the beef patty on a hot grill/pan until the desired doneness and keep aside.
For the Salad:
  1. Combine the sliced onions and julienned tomatoes in a salad bowl.
  2. Add lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste. Toss well and keep aside.
For the Sauce:
  1. Combine all the ingredients to make a creamy sauce, add few drops of water to adjust consistency.
For Assembling & Serving:
  1. Brush some butter on the pitta bread and grill.   
  2. Assemble with the prepared salad, lettuce, beef patties and the sauce.
