Chicken Tikka (Murgh Tikka)

Indian chicken skewer that is marinated with Custom Culinary® Chef's Own™ Tikka Flavor Marinade.

1.5 kg Chicken breast (skinless and boneless) cut into 1 inch cubes
100 g Custom Culinary® Chef's Own™ Tikka Flavor Marinade
150 g Plain yoghurt
20 pcs Lemon juice
50 g Butter, melted
10 g Lime wedge
20 g Coriander leaves, roughly chopped

Preparation

  1. Marinade chicken with Custom Culinary® Chef's Own™ Tikka Flavor Marinade, yoghurt and lemon juice 1-2 hour
  2. Skewer the marinated chicken with bamboo or steel skewers and grill over medium heat until done
    • Or arrange marinated chicken on wire rack and roast high heat in a preheated oven until nicely cooked. (approximately 10 – 12 minutes).
  3. Brush with some melted butter on the tikka
  4. Serve chicken tikka with fresh lime wedge and sprinkle with chopped coriander
