200g Chinese wheat noodles, cooked
   
  Sesame Noodle Sauce
60g Custom Culinary™ Master’s Touch™  Japanese Sesame Dressing
30g peanut butter, smooth
10ml sesame oil
5g garlic, minced
5g ginger, minced
   
  Toppings
100g grilled chicken, cut into strips
50g cooked shrimp, small
30g onion, chopped
50g cucumber, strips
30g bean sprouts, blanched
  Sliced spring onion, to taste
  Coriander leaves, to taste
  Chinese chili sauce, to taste
  Toasted sesame seeds, to taste
  Chopped toasted peanuts, to taste

Preparation

In a medium mixing bowl, add all of the sesame sauce ingredients. Stir to combine. Set aside.

Divide the noodles among serving bowls and pour in the sauce. Toss to coat. Serve with toppings of your choice. Drizzle with a small amount of sesame oil if needed.
