Thai Pan Grilled Pork Sandwich

Pork tenderloin strips marinated with Custom Culinary® Master’s Touch® Jaew Sauce on sourdough bread topped with jeaa mayo made with Custom Culinary® Master’s Touch® Real Mayonnaise and fried egg.

300 g Pork tenderloin (cut to strips)
20 g Cooking oil
30 g Custom Culinary® Master’s Touch® Jaew Sauce
  for Sauce & Sandwich
25 g Custom Culinary® Master’s Touch® Jaew Sauce
100 g Custom Culinary® Master’s Touch® Real Mayonnaise
120 g White onion (cut to rings)
120 g Gruyère cheese
4 pcs Fried eggs
4 pcs Sourdough bread, toasted

Preparation

For the Meat
  1. Marinate the pork tenderloin strips with oil and the Custom Culinary® Master’s Touch® Jaew Sauce for 20 minutes.
  2. Grill on a hot grill pan until cooked and keep aside.
     
For the Sauce & Sandwich Build
  1. Prepare the Jaew by mixing Custom Culinary® Master’s Touch® Jaew Sauce and Custom Culinary® Master’s Touch® Real Mayonnaise in a bowl.
  2. Grill the onions rings until they are translucent, prepare fried egg and keep aside.
  3. For assembling the sandwich, place a slice of the toasted bread as the base, apply a layer of Jaew mayo followed by the grilled pork strips, onion rings, cheese slices, Jaew mayo and the fried egg.
