Korean Beef Skewer

Korean Style Beef Skewers & Kimchi

A tender grilled beef chunks in skewers glazed with Custom Culinary® Master’s Touch® Korean-Style Spicy Sauce. Serve together with Kimchi to compliment.

What You'll Need

Amount Ingredients
800 g Beef tenderloin, Cut into 1-inch cubes 
1 tbs Garlic, chopped
1 tbs Ginger, chopped
1 tbs Spring onions, chopped
1 tbs White sesame seeds, toasted
1 cup Custom Culinary® Master's Touch® Korean-Style Spicy Sauce
2 tbs Light soy sauce
1 tbs Sesame oil    
2 cup Kimchi  
150 g Fresh lettuce & cucumber


  1. Marinate beef with garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, sesame seeds and spring onion and keep refrigerated for minimum 30 minutes.
  2. Skewer about 5 pieces of the marinated beef on each bamboo or metal skewers.
  3. Grill the beef skewers over charcoal grill until desired doneness.
  4. Spoon the Custom Culinary® Master's Touch® Korean-Style Spicy Sauce over the cooked beef.
  5. Serve the beef with Kimchi and Lettuce.
