02 no Ice Cream Scoops (frozen)
30 gm Chocolate Sauce  
60 gm Chilled Water
30 gm Custom Culinary® Creative 3P Predust
40 gm Custom Culinary® Creative 3P Batter
100 gm Custom Culinary® Creative Breading
01 gm Sesame Seeds for garnishing
01 gm Mint Sprigs for garnishing


  1. Dust the hard frozen scoops of Ice Cream in Custom Culinary® Creative 3P Predust.
  2. To make the batter, combine water and Custom Culinary® Creative 3P Batter. Dip Ice Cream in prepared batter, then Custom Culinary® Creative breading.
  3. Transfer in a blast freezer till completely hard and frozen.
  4. Fry at 180 degree Celsius for 3 - 3.5 minutes.
  5. Drizzle with chocolate sauce and garnish with fresh mint sprigs and sesame seeds .
