  For Marination:
250 gm Chicken Breast Boneless  
03 ml Oil
03 ml Water
12 gm Custom Culinary® African Peri Peri Marinade
  For Sauce:
150 ml Hot Water
15 ml  Olive Oil
05 gm Chopped Garlic
25 gm Chopped Shallots
100 ml Marsala Wine
120 gm Custom Culinary® Parmesan Cheese Sauce
  For Garnish:
02 gm Chopped Parsley

Preparation

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Custom Culinary® African Peri Peri Marinade, oil and water together and make a paste.
  2. Add the Chicken Breasts and apply the marinade over it, rest for 30 minutes.
  3. Heat the Custom Culinary® Parmesan Cheese Sauce and sauce in a separate pan 
  4. Season with salt and crushed black pepper.
  5. Grill the Chicken Breasts on a griddle till tender and juicy. Transfer the cooked Chicken to the prepared Sauce.
  6. Garnish with Chopped Parsley Serve Hot.
