Asian Noodle Soup

Clear soup with goodness of healthy veggies, served with noodles and flavored with tantalizing Custom Culinary® Classic Fried Rice Seasoning.

200 ml Water
10 gm Broccoli, Florets
10 gm Carrot Juliennes  
05 gm Mushroom, Sliced
10 gm Beans, Diamonds
10 gm Chinese Cabbage, Sliced
03 gm Spring Onion Greens, Diced
20 gm Boiled Noodles
02 gm Custom Culinary® Aromat Seasoning
08 gm Custom Culinary® Classic Fried rice seasoning


  1. Blanch the Vegetables and keep aside.
  2. Heat water in a pan and season with Custom Culinary® Classic Fried Rice Seasoning and Custom Culinary® Aromat Seasoning.
  3. Add the blanched vegetables.
  4. Place boiled noodles in a bowl and top it up with the prepared soup and serve hot garnished with spring onion.

One can add or replace veggies of choice like tofu, beans or even shredded chicken.
