Delighful, healthy combination of assorted lettuce with dices of avocado and fresh figs, flavoured with sweet & spicy Asian Honey dressing made from Custom Culinary® Sriracha Marinade.

120 gm Mix lettuce
30 gm Diced Avacado  
50 gm Fresh Fig quartered
50 gm Honey
10 gm Lemon Juice
10 gm Roasted Crushed Peanuts
05 gm Spring Onion , chopped
05 gm Custom Culinary® Sriracha Marinade

Preparation

  1. Prepare Asian Honey dressing by blending Custom Culinary®Sriracha Marinade, honey & lemon juice evenly.
  2. Place mix lettuce into a bowl, add in diced avacado & fresh figs. Toss with asian honey dressing to coat well.
  3. Place it on a platter & garnish with crushed peanut & chopped spring onion.

Chef Tips

Peanuts can be replaced with roasted pinenuts for more enriching experience.
