Sausages & Shallots Salad with Hot Ketchup Vinaigrette

Juicy Sausages combined with baby potatoes, shallots and arugula leaves with Custom Culinary® Hot Ketchup Seasoning based vinaigrette.

150 gm Chicken Sausages cut in 2 inch
60 gm Baby Potatoes
50 gm Shallots  
30 gm Arugula leaves
05 gm Parmesan shavings
  For Hot Ketchup Vinaigrette:
30 ml Olive Oil
10 ml White wine vinegar
05 gm Djon Mustard
10 gm Custom Culinary® Hot Ketchup Seasoning


  1. Season baby potaoes and shallots with little oil with half of the seasoning and roast in pre-heated oven at 350 F till done.
  2. Heat remaining oil in pan and toss the sausages in it for 1 to 2 minutes and keep aside to cool.
  3. Arrange the lettuce on platter and sausages, shallots and potato mixture on it and drizzle hot ketchup vinaigrette on top.
  4. Serve garnished with shaved Parmesan shavings.
    For vinaigrette:
  5. Take dijon mustard and white wine vinegar add hot ketchup seasoning to it and slowly whisk oil in to create smooth blend.

Chef Tips

Replace chicken sausages with Shrimps for a seafood version.
