200 gm Mini idlis
05 gm Mustard seeds  
05 gm Green Chilli, Chopped
10 gm Onion, Chopped
10 gm Custom Culinary® Chettinad marinade
05 gm Curry leaves
03 gm Asafoetida
10 ml Oil
04 gm Coriander leaves, Chopped


  1. Heat oil and crackle mustard seeds, curry leaves, asafoetida, sauté green chili, onion and chettinad marinade.
  2. Toss idlis into the above tempered mix.

Chef Tips

Use the Custom Culinary® Chettinad Marinade to make a Chettinad podi by adding it in roasted and ground Urad dal, Chana Dal and sesame seeds.
