Cream-colored, very fluffy, free-flowing breadcrumbs with darker crust particles. Designed for the food industry. It has breadcrumb characteristics, but without foreign odour used as crispy coatings for vegetarian and non-vegetarian substrates.

Preparation

Use in conjunction with Chef’s Own™ seasoned pre-dust and Chef’s Own™ adhesion batter. Chill the product to be breaded at 3 - 4 degrees centigrade. Gently pat pre-dust onto the chilled product making sure no part of it is left exposed. Dip in the batter (dilution 1000g–1.70 L of water) and roll in crumb making sure to cover the surface fully.
