Caramelized Onion Rings with Ranch Sauce

An enticing starter perfect for a small bite before the main course. Featuring Custom Culinary® Alfa Chef’s Own Hot Chili Marinade & Chef’s Own Spicy Breader Concentrate. Crispy breaded Chicken Wings tossed in caramelized onion and drizzled with Custom Culinary® Alfa Master’s Touch® American Ranch Dressing.

Quantity Ingredients
1,000 gms Chicken Wings, separated
35 gms Hot Chili Marinade
100 gms Water
  For Breading
1,000 gms Flour no1
100 gms Spicy Breader Concentrate
For Frying Frying oil
100 gms Master's Touch American Ranching Dressing
200 gms Caramelized onion


  1. Make slurry of the water & Hot chilli marinade.
  2. In a bowl add the Chicken wings & the slurry together and marinate it for 4-5 hours in a chiller.

  1. Mix evenly the Flour & Spicy breader concentrate.
  2. Drop the marinated chicken wings into the Breader mix and coat evenly.
  3. Shake excess flour from the wings & drop-in Ice-cold water.
  4. Gather the wings immediately & drop it back into the breader mix. Scoop lift, scoop fold for 3-4 times.
  5. Shake off excess flour from the wings & drop in fryer. Cook at 165c for 8-10 minutes.

  1. Toss the fried chicken with caramelized onion & drizzle or toss with the American ranch dressing
