Hot & Crispy Chicken Tenders served with Habanero Dip

Golden Crispy Chicken tenders marinated using Custom Culinary® Alfa Chef’s Own Hot Chili Marinade and breaded with flavorful Custom Culinary® Alfa Chef’s Own Spicy Breader Concentrate, served with Custom Culinary® Alfa Chef’s Own Habanero Tabasco Seasoning.

Quantity Ingredients
200 gms
Chicken Breast Boneless (small cubes)
30 gms Water
200 gms Refined Flour
10 gms Chef’s Own™ Hot Chilli Marinade
25 gms Chef’s Own™ Spicy Breader Concentrate
  Ice cold water (to dip)
  Oil (for frying)
  For Habanero Dip:
100 gms Mayonnaise
5 gms
Chef’s Own™ Habanero Tabasco Seasoning


  1. Make slurry of Chef’s Own Hot Chili Marinade and water together.
  2. Add the Chicken strips. Mix well and rest for a minimum of 2 hours in the refrigerator.
  3. In a bowl, mix the Chef’s Own Spicy Breader Concentrate and Refined Flour.
  4. Coat the marinated chicken in the prepared breader, dip in water, strain excess water and dip again in the breader.
  5. Fry for 3-4 mins at 180 degree Celsius until the chicken tender coating is golden and crispy.
  6. Serve with habanero dip (For the dip, whisk the Chef’s Own Habanero tabasco seasoning & mayonnaise).
