Direct from Korea, it is a complete and nutritious meal based on rice, wok vegetables and Custom Culinary® Master's Touch® Gochujang Sauce. A healthier version with wholegrain rice and chicken.

As desired Custom Culinary® Master's Touch® Gochujang Sauce
480 g Wholegrain Rice
4 inner fillets Chicken
4 pieces Carrot
400 g Baby spinach leaves
80 g Soy sprouts
4 Egg yolks
120 g Mushroom mix


Preparation Step 1–  Bibimbap
1. Boil the whole grain rice until fully cooked.​

2. Cut the vegetables in long thin pieces when needed or whole (spinach leaves and small mushrooms).

3. Cook the chicken inner fillets in a pan adding at the end of the cooking process a little bit of Custom Culinary® Master's Touch® Gochujang Sauce to boost the taste. 
Preparation Step 4– Bibimbap
4. Place in a bowl the rice, the wok vegetables on top and the chicken.  Top with the egg yolk.
