Chef Girish Kumar

Girish Kumar is the Culinary Director Chef at Griffco Foods. Chef Girish works on enhancing culinary leadership, management, and growth of the Griffco Foods IME culinary program and resources to develop differentiating food products driving company and customer success.

Chef Girish graduated in Hotel management from the prestigious Oberoi Centre of Learning and Development, from which he also got  certified as a departmental trainer.

Chef Girish has worked over 22 years in the food industry with diverse roles, as Chef de cuisine , Corporate Chef and Culinary Director Chef. Through his Indian origins and training by French and Australian Chefs at Oberoi, Chef Girish developed a passion for Western and Indian Fusion cuisines.

What’s the best part of your job?

Creating innovative solution for our customers. At Griffco we don’t simply provide products but rather collaborate with our customers to craft best in class solutions.
