100g Shredded eel
50g Shredded Manchurian wildrice
100g Master's Touch® Spicy Crayfish Flavored Dressing
20g Minced ginger
20g Minced garlic
50g Shredded cucumber
50g Shredded carrot
Sprinkle Salt and sugar
Sprinkle Oil
Sprinkle Cooking wine
Sprinkle Soy sauce

Preparation

  1. Heat oil in a pot and sauté the minced ginger and garlic.

  2. Add shredded eel, cooking wine and other seasoning and stir fry.

  3. Add shredded Manchurian wildrice and five-spice powder and stir fry.

  4. Fry pancake on both sides in a frying pan until it becomes golden.

  5. Each pancake is coated with 20g of  Master's Touch® Spicy Crayfish Flavored Dressing, 10g of shredded cucumber, 10g of shredded carrot, and then 30g of shredded eel.
