Mix and stir 10g of Chef's Own™ Hot & Spicy Marinade with 25g of water.
Clean the drumsticks and then spread the mixture evenly over them. Marinate them for about 3 hours.
Bake the drumsticks in the oven at 180°C and put them on a plate.
Fry 100g of French fries at 180°C for about 4 minutes. Remove them and drain the oil. Sprinkle a little salt and black pepper, mix them well and place them on a plate.
Shred the lettuce and purple cabbage and mix them. Season them with a little lemon juice and olive oil. Serve them on a plate.
