Virgin Jaljeera Mojito

A non-alcoholic version of the classic beverage with Indian twist.

What You'll Need

200 ml Soda
10 ml Simple Syrup  
05 gm Mint leaves
03 gm Lime swirls
08 gm Custom Culinary® Minty Jaljeera
05 ml Lime juice
02 gm Boondi for garnishing
6 - 8 no Ice cubes


  1. Lightly muddle the mint with the simple syrup in a shaker.
  2. Add the Custom Culinary® Minty Jaljeera,  lime juice and ice, and give it a brief shake.
  3. Strain into a glass over fresh ice.
  4. Top with the club soda.
  5. Garnish with mint sprigs and boondi.

Chef Tips

Convert it to an alcoholic version by adding White Rum.
