Inspired by classic Sichuan numbing-spicy flavors, Custom Culinary® Sichuan Styled Pizza Sauce innovative Chinese-style pizza sauce is developed for Western pizzas, and fast food snacks.

It is made of selected chili peppers and Sichuan pepper oil. Its flavor is further enhanced by a variety of Chinese spices. Formulated for pizza, it is also versatile for pastas, baked rice, and other purposes. 

Dishes cooked with it have a rich yet light and non-greasy spice layers with an upfront heat followed by the numbing sensation of Sichuan pepper. The sauce is heat-resistant and, after baked, takes on a vibrant red color without weeping, sogginess, or spillage, while locking in a stable and consistent flavor. 

Innovating Western menus with classic Chinese numbing-spicy flavors, it offers a richer and more aromatic spiciness than traditional pizza sauce and caters to contemporary young consumers’ taste trends.

Preparation

Ready to use as needed, perfect for pasta dishes or other recipes. It can also be used directly as a pizza base
sauce.
It is normal if slight oil separation occurs. Stir well before use.
