Chef Tips

Marinate the ribs in Custom Culinary® All Purpose Marinade, brush with Custom Culinary® Texas Styled Smoky BBQ Sauce twice, bake and finish with one more layer of sauce before serving.

During the slow roast, the sauce balanced in acidity and sweetness soaks in and caramelizes into an inviting crust. The ribs are deep brown and glossy with a roasted aroma. The meat is tender enough to fall off the bone. Every bite carries sweetness and a smoky piquancy, enough to make mouths water.

You can use the sauce to effortlessly prepare an American barbecue specialty strong on both looks and flavor.
