Austrian Beef Fillet

The beef fillets are firm, with evenly distributed fat. Simple cooking allows you to enjoy the delicious meat, which is fresh, tender and sweet. They go perfectly with the refreshing sweet and sour salad.

150g Beef fillet
50g Flour
10g Breadcrumbs
1Pieces Lemon wedge
25g Arugula
3 slices Grapefruit
3g Dried cranberries
3g Walnut
30g Master's Touch® Honey Mustard Dressing
2g Adornment flowers
Sprinkle Salt
Sprinkle Black pepper
Sprinkle Olive oil

Preparation

  1. Beat the beef fillets evenly with a meat hammer until it becomes as thick as 1cm.

  2. Season the beef fillets with salt and black pepper, and then coat them with a thin layer of flour.

  3. Add 40g of flour to 40g of water. Stir them to make a batter. Put the beef fillets into the batter. 

  4. Take the soaked beef fillets out and evenly coat it with breadcrumbs.

  5. Pour a small amount of olive oil into the hot pan and fry the beef fillets until they are golden.

  6. Take them out and place them on oil-absorbing paper.

  7. Put arugula, walnuts, dried cranberries, and grapefruit in a salad bowl, add olive oil, salt, and black pepper, and mix them well.

  8. Put the beef fillets on a plate, pour the mixed salad on them, drizzle them with  Honey Mustard Dressing, and put lemon wedges on the top.
