Sizzling Squid

Marinated with  Chef's Own®Jingchu Styled Marinade and fried on an iron plate, the squid is chewy and slightly sweet, with a spicy and fragrant aftertaste.

What You'll Need

Amount Ingredients
500g Squid
50g Water
5g Onion
25g Chef's Own®Jingchu Styled Marinade
Sprinkle Coriander leaves
Sprinkle Oil
Sprinkle Cumin powder
Sprinkle Paprika


  1. Marinate 500g of squid with 25g of  Chef's Own®Jingchu Styled Marinade and 50g of water for 3 hours or more.

  2. Heat the iron plate and pour in some oil. Sauté the onions, and then fry the marinated squid until the two sides are colored.

  3. Sprinkle a proper amount of cumin and chili powder on the fried squid.

  4. Serve it on a plate and sprinkle some coriander for adornment.
