Use as needed to coat your favourite foods. For fish & chips style batter use 1kg dry batter mix with 1.3-1.5L cold water. For breading station to replace egg wash - use 1kg dry batter mix with 1.4-1.6L cold water.
Wheat Flour, Salt, Corn Starch, Baking Powder, Sugars (Glucose Solids, Dextrose), Onion Powder, Lemon Juice Concentrate, Spices, Natural Flavour, Extractives of Tumeric.
Store unopened in original packaging, once opened in tight sealed containers at cool/ambient temperature (10°C-27°C) in dry area (65% relative humidity). Do not store longer than 9 months.
