A lightly seasoned English Style Fish and Chips batter. This batter is specifically designed to increase the crunchy texture of an English style fish batter, with a more caramelized golden finished colour.

Use 1kg dry batter mix with 1.07L cold water or use 2 cups of dry batter (242 g) to 1 cup (260 ml) cold water to coat fish.
Wheat Flour, Yellow Corn Flour, Corn Starch, Sugars (Sugar, Glucose Solids), Salt, Rice Starch, Baking Powder, Spices, Lemon Juice Concentrate, Natural Flavour.
Store unopened in original packaging, once opened in tight sealed containers at cool/ambient temperature (10°C-27°C) in dry area (65% relative humidity). Do not store longer than 9 months.
