Gochujang Chicken Wings

Crispy chicken wings seasoned and finished with a Korean-inspired sweet and spicy pepper seasoning.

1 lb (approx. 10 pcs) Chicken Wings, Flats and Drumettes
1 Tbsp Canola Oil
2 tsp Custom Culinary® Gochujang Seasoning
1 Tbsp Thinly Sliced Green Onions, for Garnishing
1/2 tsp Toasted Sesame Seeds, for Garnishing

Preparation

  1. In a medium-sized stainless-steel bowl, mix the oil and 1 tbsp of the Custom Culinary® Gochujang Seasoning until well blended. Toss the chicken wings until evenly coated. Set aside in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. 
  2. Preheat oven to 425°F (218°C). 
  3. Place marinated chicken wings on a wire rack, over a baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes or until internal temperature is at least 165°F (74°C).
  4. Remove from oven, add to a bowl and toss in the remaining 1 tablespoon of Custom Culinary® Gochujang Seasoning. Finish with green onions and toasted sesame seeds.
