Truffle Parm Fries

Crispy, golden French fries dressed with Parmesan, fresh herbs and natural truffle flavours. 

What You'll Need

Amount Ingredients
1 Portion French Fries (Russet or Sweet Potato)
  Frying Oil
1 tsp Custom Culinary® Parmesan Truffle Flavour Glaze, plus ¼ tsp  (for mayo)
1/4 cup Mayo
1 Tbsp Shredded Parmigiano Reggiano


  1. Bring fryer oil up to 360F (182°C) and cook French fries for 3-4 minutes until crispy and golden. Remove and place into stainless-steel bowl. 
  2. While hot, toss French fries gently with Custom Culinary® Parmesan Truffle Flavour Glaze. 
  3. Top French fries with shredded Parmigiano Reggiano. 
  4. Mix remaining Custom Culinary® Parmesan Truffle Flavour Glaze with mayo and use as a dip.

Chef Tips

You can also roast crispy potatoes in the oven and toss them with the Custom Culinary® Parmesan Truffle Flavour Glaze and top with shredded Parmigiano Reggiano.
