Shelf life is 9 months in unopened original packaging under ambient temperatures (20-25°C or 68-77°F) and normal, dry (65% relative humidity) storage conditions. Once opened, store refrigerated for a maximum of 7 days.
For Prep Table Use
Can be utilized at ambient temperatures during normal daily practices and should be refrigerated at the end of the day in a tightly sealed container.
