Custom Culinary® Hot Louisiana Flavour Glaze
Place the wings into the Custom Culinary® Seasoned Flour and dust of excess flour.
Cook in a 350°F (177°C) fryer for 8 minutes or until an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
Place the cooked wings into a bowl with the Custom Culinary® Hot Louisiana Flavour Glaze and toss until the wings are evenly coated.
